Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on pwin. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated Accounts, as well as the forfeiture of any Balances or Bonuses held therein.
4.3 KYC Verification

4.4 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information in your Account. You must notify pwin promptly of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or other personal details via the account settings or through the support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pwin will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
You agree to notify pwin immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. pwin shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
pwin offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. While optional, users are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect their Accounts from unauthorized access. pwin reserves the right to require 2FA as a condition of continued account use at its discretion.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pwin currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and USDT TRC20. The available methods and their respective minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 PHP Denomination
All Balances on pwin are held and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the applicable rate determined by pwin at the time of transaction.
6.3 Own Funds Requirement
You confirm that all funds deposited into your pwin Account are your own, legally obtained personal funds, and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. Deposits made using funds belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited.
6.4 Processing Times
GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to sixty (60) minutes depending on the relevant financial institution's processing schedule. pwin is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or network conditions.
6.5 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are as stated on the cashier page.
7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Account holders. Your withdrawal method must correspond to or be consistent with the payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
7.2 Processing Times
pwin aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution. VIP tier members (Silver and above) receive priority withdrawal processing.
7.3 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method and account tier. pwin reserves the right to set transaction limits in compliance with its PAGCOR obligations and internal risk management policies.
7.4 Pending Review
pwin reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, fraud review, or any investigation into suspected breach of these Terms. During such review, the relevant Balance may be held pending the outcome.
7.5 Bonus-Linked Funds
Funds derived from Bonuses are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The balance of any active Bonus that has not met its Wagering Requirement is a "restricted balance" and cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied or the Bonus is forfeited.
All Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the Bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms. Where specific Bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that Bonus.
8.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific Bonus terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the Bonus amount before the Bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions by game type (e.g., slots, live casino, table games) are as specified in the applicable Bonus terms.
8.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible Users as determined by pwin at its sole discretion. pwin reserves the right to exclude any User from a particular Bonus or promotion without providing a reason. 8.3 Abuse and Misuse
pwin reserves the right to void Bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other users to exploit Bonus terms, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
8.4 Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses expire thirty (30) days from the date of award. Any Bonus or associated balance that has not met its Wagering Requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

9.1 Random Number Generation
All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes on pwin are generated by independently tested and certified RNG systems. The results of RNG games are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including pwin.
9.2 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers via real-time video streaming from professional gaming studios. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round may be voided and wagers refunded in accordance with the applicable game rules.
9.3 Malfunctions
In the event of a malfunction of gaming software or hardware that results in an incorrect game outcome, pwin reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund any wagers made during the malfunction. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. In circumstances where pwin's liability cannot be excluded by law, pwin's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or ₱5,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pwin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 By pwin
pwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice if pwin has reason to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or that your Account poses a legal, financial, or regulatory risk to pwin or its users.
In the event of termination for breach, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If pwin determines that funds in your Account were obtained in breach of these Terms, those funds may be forfeited.
14.2 By You
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pwin's customer support team. Prior to closing, you must withdraw any eligible Balance through normal withdrawal procedures. Any Bonus funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

For disputes concerning specific game outcomes, the logs and records maintained by pwin's gaming systems shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts as recorded therein, absent clear evidence of system error.
pwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, pwin will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.
